In placing your order you accept the following terms and conditions. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years or older.
1. General
The following conditions apply for all contracts, deliveries, and other services of LIEFSLIEN.
LIEFSLIEN is established in Breda, the Netherlands, registration no 20154437, Chamber of Commerce Breda.
Any contract with, delivery or service from LIEFSLIEN shall be governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. If you have a complaint, e-mail us at: info@LIEFSLIEN.nl
2. Right to Cancel
All orders placed with LIEFSLIEN may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours without indication of any reasons. Cancellation has to be done by e-mail, info@LIEFSLIEN.nl. This will be confirmed by e-mail.
3. Quality& Liability
Please note that whilst we endeavour to show an accurate image as far as colour and size is concerned, you are advised that there may be variations in colour and size between the actual goods you receive and the image shown on your monitor.
This can be caused by the settings of your system.
If the delivered item has obvious material or production defects, transport damage excluded, please complain to us of the defect immediately via e-mail or telephone.
If you neglect to make such a complaint within a week, you are considered to have accepted the delivered item.
In case of material or production defects, LIEFSLIEN will repair or replace the damaged item, if possible.
If replacement is not possible, LIEFSLIEN will act according to clause 9.
LIEFSLIEN will never be liable for damages which supersede the amount of the acquired item.
4. Ordering
All prices indicated are Euro amounts.
LIEFSLIEN reserves the right not to accept the order if an item is not a part of LIEFSLIEN’s collection anymore, not available or if you have unjustifiably failed to pay invoices for earlier deliveries.
LIEFSLIEN will inform you as quickly as possible whether or not it is possible to execute an order and what the approximate delivery time will be.
5. Delivery and Shipping Costs
As a rule, delivery time is 3 weeks after receipt of order, if the goods are available.
If the goods are not available, but will become available, an estimation of the delivery time will be noted in the confirmation.
Please note that LIEFSLIEN has packed, prepared and insured your package for shipping with the utmost care.
Therefore, LIEFSLIEN is not responsible for any damage that occurred during shipping, and is not responsible for the handling of damage-claims. Please refer to TNT.
The goods will be delivered to the last known address of the recipient. Recipient is obliged to send LIEFSLIEN any changes of delivery address
6. Customs Information for Shipments
The total cost of your items ordered (in Euro) plus shipping fees & a small amount of costs for administration, as displayed on the web will be billed to you.
This does not include any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local government.
As customs policies vary widely by country, we cannot anticipate what fees are levied once the merchandise reaches your country. Please contact your local government or post office for more information.
For countries that are not displayed on the country list delivery cannot be guaranteed.

7. Payment
We accept the following payments only: Paypal, Ideal, regular transfer and Creditcards.
8. Retention of Ownership
The goods remain the property of LIEFSLIEN until payment is made in full. LIEFSLIEN will not ship the goods before full payment of the goods has been received.
9. Instructions on Legal Right to Cancellation
Within one week after reception of the goods, without indicating any reason, the customer can return the goods received.
This time period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods.
This is what you do:
send an e-mail to info@LIEFSLIEN with your details including the invoice number and bankaccount number.
Then send the goods back in their original box and label. In any case, the return will be at your expense and risk.
Please note that the returned goods must have no sign of usage and must be in a condition that corresponds with the condition of the goods before shipping .
If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
After receiving the goods, LIEFSLIEN will check the goods and – if the goods are in a condition that corresponds with the condition of the goods before shipping - credit your invoice within 10 days except for the shipping costs.
Only if the item has been returned because of obvious material or production defects, LIEFSLIEN will pay the return shipping costs.

10. Consequences of Return
In case of a legitimate return, any payments, goods, or services provided by either side are to be returned and compensation made for any benefits derived (e.g. benefits of use).
In case of deterioration of the goods, LIEFSLIEN can demand compensation. Otherwise, you can avoid liability to provide compensation by not using the goods like an owner and by avoiding anything that impairs their value.
11. Data Privacy and Protection of Creditors
All personal data will be treated confidentially, and your rights to protection of your justified concerns are observed strictly in accordance with legal requirements. The data needed to process the business transactions is stored and, in the course of processing the order, may be forwarded to affiliated companies or our service partners.
In case of delivery for invoice, you agree that – for the purpose of doing a credit check – we may exchange data, such as your name, birth date, and address.
Beyond the purposes mentioned, we also use your data for marketing purposes, especially for the purpose of advertising LIEFSLIEN products.
You can object to or withdraw your permission for the processing or forwarding and other use of your data for marketing purposes at any time by notifying info@LIEFSLIEN.nl .
After receiving your objection or withdrawal, we will no longer use and process the affected data for marketing purposes and will cease sending further advertising media without delay.
