SPECIAL PROJECTS
Occasionally LIEFSLIEN will take on special projects or commissions.
An example is the design and manufacturing of eleven sets of ‘royal dressing’ for a large Childcare organisation in the Netherlands (KOM, Bergen op Zoom) in the beginning of 2009, a project in which Caroline Muskens has collaborated with Lisette Fleur (Bureau Fleur, www.bureaufleur.nl) and Claudette van der Rakt (Lighthouse Studio, www.lighthousestudio.nl).
LIEFSLIEN neemt zo nu en dan speciale projecten of opdrachten aan. Een voorbeeld hiervan stamt uit begin 2009: de ontwikkeling van elf sets ‘koninklijke verkleedkleren’ voor Kinderdagverblijf KOM (Bergen op Zoom), een project dat Caroline Muskens uitvoerde in samenwerking met Lisette Fleur (Bureau Fleur, www.bureaufleur.nl) en Claudette van der Rakt (Lighthouse Studio, www.lighthousestudio.nl).
In the course of time LIEFSLIEN has been involved in many of such out-of-the-box commissions and special projects.
Some of these involved clothing and projects for kids that have since long had Caroline’s special attention, such as styling a special sensory room and designing prototype desk-accessories for disabled children (KDV ”De Berk”, Zeist).
Other projects include several lines of theatre costumes for theatre companies such as Artemis (Den Bosch), Huis aan de Amstel (Amsterdam) and Teneeter (Nijmegen).
In de loop der jaren is LIEFSLIEN bij vele van dit soort bijzondere opdrachten en speciale projecten betrokken geweest.
Soms betrof het kleding of andere projecten voor gehandicapte kinderen, naar wie sinds lang Caroline’s speciale aandacht uitgaat, zoals het ontwerp van een speciale zintuigen-ruimte en prototypen voor bureau artikelen voor KDV ”De Berk” (Zeist).
Ook zijn diverse collecties theaterkostuums ontworpen, o.a. voor Artemis (Den Bosch), Huis aan de Amstel (Amsterdam) en Teneete
