All LIEFSLIEN-products will be shipped by the Dutch branch of TNT (AssurancedPackage / InternationalPackagePlus), a large worldwide shipping company. All packages will be insured and will be delivered at the address indicated (your signature will be requested upon delivery). You can track the shipment at www.tracktrace.nl.
The total shipping costs are based on the TNT-shipping costs plus a small fee for LIEFSLIEN administration costs:
• The Netherlands: a total of € 10
• EU: 2 kg or less (all LIEFSLIEN bags) a total of € 17
• Outside the EU: depending on weight and country, total costs* range from € 17- € 33
Please note: the LIEFSLIEN costs do NOT INCLUDE your country’s import fees, duties or taxes! Please contact your local government (or post office) for more information regarding your country’s specific customs import rules and regulations.
* Due to the wide variety in customs policies per country, LIEFSLIEN withholds any responsibility for all eventual extra costs of import fees, duties or taxes.
LIEFSLIEN will ship your order as soon as your payment is received (confirmed by our bank). You will receive a confirmation by e-mail, stating the tracking-number of the shipment. You can use this tracking-number to check the status of the shipment and its approximate delivery date at www.tracktrace.nl.
In the Netherlands shipment time usually takes 2-3 (working) days, in the EU it varies per country from 2-7 (working) days, outside the EU it also varies per country and on average may take up to 14-16 (working) days. Please note that LIEFSLIEN is not responsible for any delays regarding the shipment of your package.
Please note that LIEFSLIEN has packed, prepared and insured your package for shipping with the utmost care. Therefore, LIEFSLIEN is not responsible for any damage that occurred during shipping, and is not responsible for the handling of damage-claims. Please refer to TNT.
