YOUR PRODUCT SHOWS A DEFECT OR IS DAMAGED

Each LIEFSLIEN product has been carefully checked before shipment. Please note that slight irregularities in the leather are characteristic features of natural materials such as leather, and hence such complaints will not qualify for returns, discounts or refunds. However, something might have gone unnoticed during the production or control processes, or a defect might reveal itself within the first days of using the product, in which case we sincerely apologize.

Please e-mail your complaint a.s.a.p., explain the problem carefully and perhaps even send us a digital photograph in order for us to judge what went wrong. We might ask you to return the product for check-up or repair. first the shipping costs and risk are yours but in case of our producing mistake, we’ll compensate these costs.

If we can’t repair we’ll e-mail you a proposal, perhaps we can make you the same product again.

 

ISN’T IT WHAT YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD BE?

You have always 7 days ( from the day of delivering) to change your mind.

• You’ve the right to send the LIEFSLIEN product back if you send a e-mail at LIEFSLIEN within these 7 days, note your NAME, ORDERNUMBER, way of payment, INVOICENUMBER and your BANKACCOUNTNUMBER and the RESHIPPINGDATE .

• Will you please send the product by using the original shipping box and materials with the labels and sac.

• The shipping costs will be at your account.

• Please beware of any signs of using or damage, we’ll check the product. In case of returning the product not in the same condition as we’ve send it to you, we will charge you costs of compensation.

• If everything is OK LIEFSLIEN will repay you the amount (without the shipping costs) as soon as possible but regardless within 30 days.

 

IS YOUR PRODUCT IN NEED OF A REFRESHING?

If you’ve used your bag very intensively, it could be possible its in need of a refreshment or reparation. LIEFSLIEN offers the possibility to do so, we like the fact that you love your bag so much you’ll have it for a lifetime.

E-mail us the problems or condition, perhaps by photo, we’ll judge the possibility and send you a proposition.

If you agree just send your bag on your own costs and risk to LIEFSLIEN Atelier, we’ll send you the bill and finishing date. As soon as you’ve paid we’ll start and do our best make-over!
