All prices listed in the ONLINE SHOP are in stated in Euro’s, and include VAT (BTW).
Shipping costs and administration costs are NOT INCLUDED and will be stated separately in the online paying system.
All LIEFSLIEN products can be directly paid online with IDEAL, PAYPAL and credit card.
We prefer everyone to order and pay online, but if in case it doesn’t work out for some reason, please order by e-mail, stating the name of the bag in the following order: name of the series – model – style (e.g. LIEFSLIEN-NR1-skyblue). Do not forget to include your own name and address details. We will contact you a.s.a.p. and explain the rest of the procedure. Please note that it may happen that someone orders the very same bag online before your e-mail order is being processed and confirmed; due to our sales-system, these online orders will have to go first.
ONLINE PAYMENT
LIEFSLIEN ONLINE SHOP utilizes a professional online payment-system. It is necessary to create an account to be able to order from the LIEFSLIEN online store. You will be asked to create an account the first time you order from the LIEFSLIEN ONLINE SHOP.
You can order by clicking the ‘ORDER NOW’ button that is next to the product in the ONLINE SHOP. A pop-up window will appear. In this window, click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. You will now enter the online payment system.
FINALIZE AND PAY YOUR ORDER IN 5 STEPS:
1. You’re in the SHOPPING CART: please check your order and click on ORDER NOW.
2. You’re in the LOG-IN / ACCOUNT area: you will be asked to either LOG-IN (you have created an account with LIEFSLIEN before) or to CREATE AN ACCOUNT (you don’t have an account at LIEFSLIEN). This procedure is necessary to ensure safe online-payment for both parties. Add your data and check your email for a confirmation from LIEFSLIEN. After confirmation you will be directed back to the checkout area of the online shop and you can continue the ordering and payment process.
3. You’re back in the SHOPPING CART: please check your order again. The price of the product, the shipping and administration costs, and the total price of your order will be shown. Please click on CONFIRM.
4. Check if all details listed are correct. You can add a COMMENT if you wish to do so, or have a special request (e.g. regarding longer shoulder straps). You need to confirm that you AGREE with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS (please download and read these first). Click on CONFIRM again.
5. You’re in the online PAYMENT-SYSTEM: choose which type of payment suits you best, and ENTER it. Follow the instructions. After finalizing your payment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Once LIEFSLIEN has received your payment, your products will be shipped to the address you have indicated. You can check the status of the order by logging in.
