• WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN A BAG IS ‘MULTI-WEARABLE’ ?

We aim to design handy and comfortable bags. LIEFSLIEN prefers bags one can wear in all kinds of situations, such as when riding your bike, going shopping, to work, to a party, etc.
So we designed a strap-system that is adjustable and detachable, to enable you to wear your bag the way that suits you best: over the shoulder, cross-over, on your back, around your hips!

In the LIEN’S LOOK section of this website, you can check out how to wear one and the same bag in multiple ways: value for money!

 

• I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE DIMENSIONS STATED, PLEASE EXPLAIN.

cm = centimetres / l = length or height / b = width / d = depth

All measurements are stated in the metric system (25 cm = 25 centimetres)
The dimensions stated are inside dimensions, to give you an idea of the space inside the bag.
Most bags are not square but have a special shape. This is why we often indicate two measurements.
For example (l)20 x (b)16-24 x (d)8 cm means: the height of the bag is 20 cm,
the width measured at the top is 16 cm and measured at the bottom 24 cm, the depth is 8 cm.

 

• THE BAG I LIKE, IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Sometimes it is possible to make you another one.

E-mail LIEFSLIEN and describe the exact bag (name and number).
Upon checking materials-in-stock and our time-schedule, we will answer you a.s.a.p.
Please note we will have to charge an additional fee of 10% of the retail price.

 

• CAN LIEFSLIEN DESIGN A CUSTOM-MADE OR UNIQUE BAG FOR ME?

Yes, we can! A loved one’s birthday or a wedding coming up, or just eager to surprise him or her, or yourself?
If your request matches our styling concept, LIEFSLIEN will be happy to design that special bag for you.
Explain your request by e-mail, try to be as exact as possible, and we will reply a.s.a.p.

 

• I NEED A LONGER/SHORTER SHOULDER STRAP, WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Are you especially tall or small?
On request, LIEFSLIEN might be able to adjust the length:

IF YOUR BAG HAS A DETACHABLE SHOULDER STRAP / BELT

If the shoulder strap or belt is detachable, we can make you a longer/shorter one.
E-mail us with your request before ordering, or immediately after.
Please note we will have to charge an additional fee of 10% of the retail price.

IF YOUR BAG HAS A FIXED SHOULDER STRAP / BELT (NON-DETACHABLE)

Upon checking if the same leather/material is still in stock, we can perhaps make you a new bag with a shoulder strap exactly in your requested size.
E-mail LIEFSLIEN with your request and we will check what can be done.

 

• I DON’T WANT TO PAY ONLINE. WHAT CAN I DO?

We prefer everyone to order online, but if you can’t please order by e-mail, stating the name of the bag in the following order: name of the series – model – style e.g. LIEFSLIEN-NR1-skyblue. Do not forget to include your own name and address details.
We will contact you a.s.a.p. to confirm the order and explain the rest of the procedure.
Please note that it may happen that someone orders the very same bag online before your e-mail order is being processed and confirmed.
