A loved one’s birthday or a wedding coming up, or just eager to surprise him or her, or yourself?
LIEFSLIEN will be happy to design that special bag for you!

We will take on special commissions, provided it concerns an idea or request that fits in with our design policy and time schedule.
Not a bag, but something else?
To get an idea of the out-of-the-box design projects LIEFSLIEN has realized in the past, check the “info” button in the main menu, followed by “special projects”.

Prices of course will vary according to the type of request.

• BACK ORDERS / OUT OF STOCK

Is the bag you like out of stock?
Is there only one left but you would like to order two?

Sometimes it is possible to back-order: we might be able to make you another one.

E-mail LIEFSLIEN and describe the exact bag (name and number).
Upon checking materials-in-stock and our time-schedule, we will answer you a.s.a.p.
Please note we will have to charge an additional fee of 10% of the retail price.

• LONGER/SHORTER SHOULDER STRAPS

Are you especially tall or small?
On request, LIEFSLIEN might be able to adjust the length:

IF YOUR BAG HAS A DETACHABLE SHOULDER STRAP / BELT
If the shoulder strap or belt is detachable, we can make you a longer/shorter one.
E-mail us with your request before ordering, or immediately after.
Please note we will have to charge an additional fee of 10% of the retail price.
IF YOUR BAG HAS A FIXED SHOULDER STRAP / BELT (NON-DETACHABLE)
Upon checking if the same leather/material is still in stock, we can perhaps make you a new bag with a shoulder strap exactly in your requested size.
